We want you to love your Corgis Paradise tee. If something isn't right, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a refund.

How to request a refund

Email us at shopcorgisparadise@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a short note about what went wrong. If your shirt arrived damaged, misprinted or the wrong item, please add a photo. We'll reply within 2 business days and issue your refund to the original payment method.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, has a printing problem, or isn't what you ordered, we'll send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. You don't need to ship the item back.

Good to know

Every shirt is made to order for you, so please check the size guide before ordering. Refunds go back to your original payment method and can take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the problem was our mistake.
